The house is actually one within my search parameters on RM which is how I found the video but even if the house was exactly what I was looking for, I'm not sure i'd even bother.
Great for the estate agent but given the house is right on a very busy road, it could potentially be a result of constant attention - Not what I would want.
I bet the estate agent has now doubled her fees and thinks the house will sell for way more than it was listed for.
