Offers over a million. Perleeezze, really?
Bedroom 5/Shower room laugh
That's easily worth £1,000,000 here in Bristol, so I'm sure it's OK in South London

These popped up localish. I'm not sure I know where to start. There are a few "barn conversions" round here but these are a new high/low. Looks to be around a £1M

Where it says "link detached", that's just false, right? It's two semis and one terrace with all the shared walls in habitable rooms.
Think you’re right - the link detached houses I’ve seen tend to have a garage joining the houses, but that’s just a set of 3 terraced houses from the photo…

They are linked upstairs but there is a path between each house on the ground floor. You can see the fence going through in pic 19, plus the door from the utility opens to the side so they can't be attached downstairs. Still horrible though

Not even a nice extension, flat roof etc, the one to the right of it did it properly.

Always reminds me of the second house we bought. When we viewed it the garage was full of boxes. When we moved in, I found out the dining room had been extended by a couple of feet and my MR2 would not fit in the garage......aaarrrrggghhhh.

I viewed one like that, garage had been converted into a (windowless) play room, and behind the doors at the front was about 4 feet for storage of the seller's golf bats

I had a mate whose wife got her utility room and cloakroom by fuggering his garage. It was long enough to store pushbikes in afterwards, but that was it.

The worst bit is that it'll sell for over £1 mm when it's had a bouji renovation

Brackenbury Village? That's a new one on me, I suppose referring to it as Hammersmith reminds people of riots, or Bottom.

An estate agent's invention of about a decade ago. That said, the riot connection hasn't stopped Brixton becoming desirable.

I always snigger when someone refers to the row of shops round the back of Surbiton high street as "Surbiton Village".

The row of shops around The Antelope pub.

This is the entrance - looks like they haven't even got permission to drop the kerb, and have put up a letter box etc. There's a caravan on site too, might have bee somebody living there?

It seems pretty unlikely that a scaffolder wouldn't be aware that planning permission exists, and is different to NRW/environment permission, must have just been hoping they could feign ignorance and hope it got waved through. It's a really obvious location so not really the sort of place you'd want to give it a go, or at least not using 5,000 tonnes of waste you let your mates dump for free...

Interesting front driveway and garden that's well fertilized with lots of body.
