Love the deep shag in the bathrooms

Time warp property that's landed from the 70's
Yep. Thought it would be on Hayling Island!

It's nowhere near Hayling Island.

I know - just saw the 1970s vibe and saw the sea. I feel like the owners would require a cheque rather than something modern like a bank transfer.

The decor really challenges the eyes. The bar area is a bit bonkers.

Although saying that, with some careful unpicking and restoration that could be a retro palace. I can imagine that back when it was new, it must have been epic.

Yes, there's something trying to get out from behind the crap, for sure

I think I’ve watched quite a few 70’s gentlemens films where the interior of that house has starred.

The wipe-clean wood panel ceilings are practical.

Look on the bright side, there've been loads of plumbers in and out

To be fair, I think they updated bits in the 80s. 2 tone wall with border and the hideous flowery wallpaper (we had that in our bedroom, previous owner choice I hasten to add!).

Just spotted the flagpole in pic #9. Willing to bet the agent asked them politely to take down the St George's Cross for the photos. laugh
Yet no comment on the cannon in pic 4?

£325k and at least another 50k to make habitable. It’s gone mad.

Free car in the garden, how you get it out is the puzzle.

Also pic 4, waste bin for tissues next to the TV.

What a location! A short distance from Norwich Ring Road, Norwich Tip and Norwich Airport. laugh

That's insane money.

People buying this sort of overpriced crap (I've shared other examples in Norfolk around £800-900/sqft) are going to be the ones left holding the baby when interest rates go up. I have no patience for the kind of person who looks at that and thinks it makes any financial sense.

Can you tell where they have added extensions at different times, d'ya think?

(Yes that is one house, from left to right. Not a second property added later!)

Some of those bricks look suspiciously similar to next doors extension. Probably got a cheap deal or a batch off the back of a site. So saved a few quid but left with a shocker of a house.

Hope the neighbors don't have an issue with that ground floor white gutter cos it looks like they'll have fun getting access to it
