It starts off promising from the first photo but you're quickly wondering wtf at some of the, er, interior design choices.

Can you tell where they have added extensions at different times, d'ya think?

(Yes that is one house, from left to right. Not a second property added later!)

Is this 'just a thing' with old people that they keep adding more and more rooms on because they're flush with cash and can't be arsed to move? I saw a lot of it when I was house hunting with three-beds that were now four/five-beds with a random extra 'reception room' that seem'd to serve no purpose.

Hope the neighbors don't have an issue with that ground floor white gutter cos it looks like they'll have fun getting access to it
Yes, what happens if you need to access that, for instance?

Oh my God. That is disgusting. Feel sorry for whoever has been living in that mess.

Some of those bricks look suspiciously similar to next doors extension. Probably got a cheap deal or a batch off the back of a site. So saved a few quid but left with a shocker of a house.
Bucket of render from the same site. Job jobbed, tbf smile
Yes, rendering that would be quite a simple fix. The choice of bricks was awful though!

That is dedication to distressed mirrored tiling on a celestial level. Great house though. Why POA??

I pity the poor sod who had to go and photograph that lot. I suspect it was "arm round the door and loose off a dozen shots".

Probably lived in the area for decades, don't want to lose their friends, favourite corner shop, change doctors etc. etc. Extra reception room can be turned into a bedroom / wetroom when the stairs become too much.

Really like that, very Frank Lloyd Wright (I think! I don't know much about architecture!).

Crazy price for what doesn't appear to be that much house but I guess it is London. Looks pretty nice though, what's your thoughts on the nightmare aspect?

Image 15 (ring light with a phone mounted in the middle) makes me think aspirational vlogger?

Maybe i'm odd, but i like most of that. Interesting mix of modern and traditional furniture, and I'm guessing the current owners would take the pictures and china figurines with them.

Nice elements but looks ugly to me. And the back garden runs alongside the road because the house backs onto a used car dealership.

has anyone been living there? in photos like that i always try to look for one thing that might be clean, or some kind of product (food, drink, deodorant, cleaner) that might be laying around that's new.. but nothing in the house looks new or recent

Do you recogonise it?

And tbh, if she/he is earning enough from Only Fans to afford that, good on them. It is people who pay who are sadder in my opinion.

I've never heard of "Halsall" before, but I'd assumed it was in the Liverpool/Manchester area from the house.

Turns out I was right. That neck of the woods really is the home of 'new money' these days.
