I toyed with posting that - I quite like it, but it feels like it’s in an odd position on the site when you look at the overhead view. (It’s 4-5 houses to the left of where the map shows it to be.)

That said, I’d have it if I had the money!

Is that some sort of chemical plant? Looks well screened by trees but not sure I'd want to spend a million plus and have that at the end of my garden.

They make vitamin supplements for farm animals. No idea if the process is smelly/noisy/dangerous but you'd want to check it out before you committed.

Nice, always did like to spend too much time and money in Chatsworth Farm Shop. Have you looked at it on street view? The EA has done well to cut out the holiday cottages just to the right of the gate, not sure the pindrop helps unless you want to join the federation of "caravaners" and a large industrial area down the road (which HGVs can only access by using the road past the house).

I don't see any value in the Ireland place at £2M.

This is why I don’t understand many of the expensive waterfront properties in hard to reach parts of Cornwall etc. if you had millions to spend on a beachside property that was hours from a city I’d hop on a flight to SOF or Italy or Spain. Horses for courses I guess.

There is a lot to like, not too big and I've always liked Matlock. Enough garage space and the space above is fine for an office. The wife's best friend doesn't live that far away either.

I'd make the orangery the main dining room and the summer house would make a nice workshop with a few tweaks.
