£1.3m ok so it's offers over but I would not say no. Bit standard grey inside but an ok size garage.

Very cool location, though it's pretty noisy by the bridge. The trains are louder than you think.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145253429#/...

Weird that they've spent the time getting a massive photo of the bridge and sticking it on the wall of the breakfast room, just to save them going outside and having a look. (IANAID)https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/145253429#/...

Ah.... but the photo is from the West side of the bridge and the view from the house is from the East side. So there is the logic. :-)thetapeworm said:
Far from a mega millions mansion and in need of some interior design work but that brickwork alone is enough to have me hooked...

Knock down and replace the conservatory (and introduce a more sympathetic kitchen) and this would be a strong contender in my eyes, nice place.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/147294833

And almost next door to the last one and a bit cheaper, but would benefit from a few £££ spend on it inside.
no moorings in the garden mind you.

This is local to me, rural enough but between 2 OK little towns, no road noise from main roads, decent garaging.

I know that location well, saw this when it came up. Really lovely place, I just find the land a bit bleak around there? Bit of an arse in the summer too for tourists, but I'm being picky. It's still too much for the area, but I'm sure it will sell. Love the driveway/garaging.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/123714056#/...
