Rode past this last night - https://www.gscgrays.co.uk/property/hutton-rudby-n...

Great spot - no idea why no views are in the photos .... Nice amount sheds, garaging and opportunity.
No doubt not pawn for most on here though !

You’d have thought they would move the scratty fan heater from the orangery conservatory.

Not pawn for me, as such. Properties I regard as pawn, make me ache for them, I don't feel that way about this place.

It is, however, really nice indeed yes

Pretty sure this was on the market a year ago? Bit odd to have the laundry in the garage block, but otherwise nicely done. Plus pub, shop & beach within walking distance & a nice empty space in the back garden for a pool would be fine for me, thanks.

Yes, I recognise it as well, because it's one of my favourites from this thread yes

Ticks all my boxes, including not being stupidly huge with umpteen rooms and having a sensible and manageable amount of land. Within the context of pawn properties, it's also very reasonably priced too.

All that's missing is a proper sea view to make it perfect for me, but as it is - yeah, absolutely love it.

Another delight in the downs. Hopefully given the number of these that have come and gone in the last year or two there still be some left!

That looks great and apparently has a village just a mile away too. There are neighbours though so some won’t like it!

Quite like this for a 10 year old house: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/124208360#/...

Here is the video https://youtu.be/_JHTBSC9sAY

Question is, is this one proposed just down the road going to be nicely done or a mcmansion?: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/85687308#/?... . Looks like a lovely plot though..

Quite a few of these going up in that area.

I was about to put an offer on a house when that voice in the back of my head said “something isn’t right”. We went back for a second viewing and saw the multiple heaters in the bedroom of a house with central heating. The bedroom was over the garage.

Not the same situation in this case. In the US the call closed in areas “three season” as they will not even attempt to heat in Winter. I have never understood the UKs addiction to conservatories and always assumed it was a cheap way of making a house fell bigger. None of the ones I have been in have felt useable due to weather and privacy.
