Also on the real estate nightmares, I posted the agency's youtube channel, it's not a one-off video.

This is rather lovely, especially if you need a lot of bathrooms. POA

I like the er pool area, not a fan of the inside, and having to ask the EA for floor plan rolleyes
Agreed. And have you seen the pool on Google Maps! A bit green!

Pubs within walking distance a plus. Roads look chuffing busy though.

Yes, overall we liked the house very much, the location some were not so happy about. Surprised it hasn't sold though.

That blue render on one of the extension bits. Is that fashionable/"premium" now? I ask because someone in my neighbourhood has just covered their dreadful dormer bungalow in it, and I had presumed it was unfinished and waiting to be painted. Now seeing it on this barn conversion, I'm minded to think they mean to leave it like that. It's horrible. Even creamy beige render and grey windows is better.

This week I’m quite enjoying this property. Bags of space, flexibility and potential. It’s right on the country lane which might be a pain depending on how much road traffic the lane sees.

Caffeine and Machine is close by, we have friends in surrounding villages and there’s a decent pub - The Fuzzy Duck - within walking distance.

Not sure if this has been put up before, but what a house and a decent price!

Although £692,000 stamp duty is a tad painful

I must admit from the outside I was expecting a grey-fest on the inside but that looks like a really nice liveable family home, although might be a battle with kids over who is having bedroom 6.
Location is also perfect for the Aston owner who likes to be looked after by Bamford Rose too.

Honestly don't think I could ever want more out of life than this.

Things to do:

Delete downstairs WC and incorporate area into dining room. Install WC in "Pantry" area.

New bathrooms and kitchen.

Install modern heating and insulation.

Redecorate throughout.

Enjoy.

If that were near me, it would tempt me.

Just a decoration issue. Quite like the courtyard. Some serious conifer removal needed in the garden

Prefer this in the area though https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/129594131#/...
