Afternoon Pher's , Title says it all really , just want a nice text to go wtih a a neutral coloured room so i anything in a light colour would be fine.
If it hasnt got draws as such that doesnt matter and not neciserally one thats been made to fit computers in as such as i only use a laptop so something thats big enough for me to have a few bits of paper spread in view would be awesome. Oh and a decent bit of build quality would be nice aswell wink . Flatpack isnt a problem either.

Diementions, something around 1300mmx500mm seems about right for the layout of my bedroom.

Cheers all

I remember on a Dragons Den 'Where are they now' or similar program had a company that Pheo Popadupolous invested in, that recycled crap into furniture. He commissioned a plane wing into a desk, might be worth a google.

They had one at Top Marques Monaco last year - no price, no one around to ask either.

Sat behind it - looked absolutely stunning.

Jerker range of desks from Ikea should be what you are looking for. Just looked on their website and i think that they have renamed it to Fredrik

You'll need a sofa to relax in after a hard day's work.

Seems a little pricey for aircraft scrap, polish and elbow grease.

That is a tad excessive.

I really am sure I could buy a wing tip, nay an entire old plane for much less than that and do it myself.

Years ago, i remember reading in easyriders that keith ball the editor, had a desk built out of a harley engine, with an oval glass top. They used the exhausts to support it, looked different to say the least, would be fun to do one with a rover v8 or similar!
