The ceilings are indeed awful but looking past that I'd love a house with a winter room, huge log fire and a warming glass of something nice.

I does remind me of the shining though hehe

More to the point, how does any house have so little class?

A sad case of something that could have been - should have been - so very much better.

look at the size of the rooms... 4 poster bed and several chairs and its still 20ft to the wall... then the dressing room is even bigger!!

Certainly not to my taste and didn't expect to find something like this in SN8.

Can anyone identify the two cars on the drive in street view?

They look like old Merc limos or possibly rover by the boxy shape?

Those ceilings are vomit
Agree about the ceilings.

Love the rest of the house though and the view.

Very nice location, I lived down the road from Bridgenorth near ironbridge. Nice area, if a little too close to wolverhampton smile

Defintely, move forwards a bit in the street view, pan left and zoom in, you can just make out the Rover badge on the back of the one on the right. Looks like there's another hiding behind the gate on the other side of the house too.

Oh yes please.

I can live with is looking like the psycho house because its got a tower and that beats a moat in my book.

Wonder if you could fit a desk up there and make it a little office? probably not

Epic isnt it.

If the euromillions came in I dont think I would even insist on a viewing. Call agent. 'Ill take it'. Job done biggrin

It looks great and the grounds are near perfect, but look at the floor plan's. You have to go through rooms to get to rooms which is not actually that fun to live with. There are no linking corridors
