Just an excuse to post this really.
woah!
Not enough about the garage but it won an award!
Well impressive. I would love to buy a house like that just to play a Murder Mystery / Haunted House weekend.

PS: The butler did it.

Gahhhhh! I was just about to do that gag, almost to the word, but thought I should read through the thread first to check it hadn't been done.

Damn you Steamer! smile

crikey thats an awful lot of house for that kind of dough.
Last summer that would have got you a poxy 4/5 bedroomed but still terraced house around here with still no where to park the bloody car.

Love this place, it's owned by Micheal Silvestre (ex man united) and we did the kitchen in the house next door in a house which is nearly as nice!

Just found this, a stone's throw from my parent's home, clicky

The one I was going to post up has just been taken off the market, shame, cos it was a stunner without being ostentatious.

www.walkersingleton.com

Go to assett disposal & its the last item.
Wasn't too bad until 2004 when vandals got in and set it alight.

Such a shame.

£800k seems a bit of a bargain. Suspect it could be picked up for nearer £500k now as that price was in 2006.

I'd budget around £10million to put it right.

That garage block looks awfully familiar - but I can't think where I've seen it before.

As for the OP, lovely house and, frustratingly, costs less than my much small property. But Wales is a bit too far..... frown

This was the old house that the Vandervell (Vanwall Special) family owned. Dreamy.

It's my dream house and I posted a picture of the garage in a thread on here some time ago, so you may have seen it there.

Between Kirk Michale and Ramsey there are actually quite a few really nice houses that I would happily live in if I could afford them.
