Several million I assume but what the heck... as I'm often banging on about how some of these multi million houses only have an open oak car port how many garages has that place got? I genuinely lost count. Looks like 10 but the details mention so many up and over doors that it could be more! Mind you there's rather a lot of tarmac, to be expected I suppose, which would have to go, especially at the front of the house, looks awful. Needs stone or brick paviors and some planting to soften it up but at £750k that would be too extreme!

it's prob worth 4500psf finished. so 100m is 22,000 sqft.

I reckon it's 15,000?

hence it's worth £68m finished

20m of work

48m = land + finance + profit

it's worth about 30m

i could just about manage the idea of that being £10M because of where it is and the potential... but £50M is surely the sort of price you would be charging for the finished article... definitely aimed at the Oligarch money, not trying to turn a profit. I guess if it was a bargain to be had it would have been snapped up and converted long, long ago.
My guess is there is a story behind this where 50M pounds is not consider a significant sum of money.
Just treat it like an investment. Buy the house and sell it in 2 years time as-is.

There's a 3000sqft garage "block". And they don't even have pictures of the stables up. See below.

This is inside.

Then a separate 4 door garage.

Go on...? Presumably these are bankruptcy sales or bank foreclosures? So, the property never gets sold, how does that benefit the owner, or is it simply the pleasure of not seeing the bank get their punt of flesh? confused

Have we had this one yet?

Tripple garages and barns.

From the pics looks like a red Caterham and a 420 Jag perhaps? Maybe a classic Aston too?

Been on/off sale for ages. Odd double house arrangement and gets flooded.

It's right in the middle of the image where it says Blunham Bridge on the blue flooded part with lines over it if difficult to read (due to resizing)

It has been on the market for a long time

yes indeed, I could be very happy there.

p.s. looks like a red ride-on mower to me but then I know Caterhams are a bit agricultural wink

Whilst visiting a friend I noticed there's a development happening on the corner of Ormonde Terrace and St Edmunds Terrace, directly overlooking Primrose Hill. It's a prime spot, which will have fantastic views, it looks like it will be apartments.

I imagine there would have been some serious competition for that site....it's been empty for years. Hopefully they make a good job of it and it's not an eye sore!
We're coming along well.
Looking good.
What's your involvement in the project?

Hey I could be wrong, but I always understood it was owned by a chap who ran a shop in Ballymena (around the Harryville area)
Though the shop has been closed a while now
