does anyone know a contact for Intelligent Finance that doesnt get me through to a call centre operator.
We are trying to move house and a few weeks ago had an offer from IF of way more than we need to move house. However phoning up today they have decided to change it and only offer 75% mortgages we are about 3 - 4k short of this and basically its a case of computer says no.
I'm sure that someone with some authority might look differently as we've been with them for a few years now and made massive overpayments in that time. Would seema shame to lose a good customer over a few k.
