HELP! Hole in my wall.......
Discussion
As the title suggests,
without going into the details as to how it occurred, a hole has appeared in my bedroom wall.
It's approx. 4"x5", with a depth of only a few millimetres:
Basically, what the hell do i do?!
The wall appears to be plasterboard...
I'm thinking some sort of filler, then touch it up with paint. I'm needing this to finish as close as possible to the real thing since this is a rented property!

What did she throw? What caused her to throw it?
If a quick cover up is required, scrape the cracked area with a screwdriver or similar. Mix up some pollyfilla and apply with a filling knife.
Allow to dry, sand and re-paint.
As said above, gently with a screw driver remove flakey bits, and I have found Smooth It (can be found at B&Q) to be good. Only thing I will say its a little expensive and comes in a big tub, which you won`t need for that small hole.
So was it a door being flung open in a rage and the handle hitting the plaster ?

cheers for the responses guys...
as i suspected, bit o' filler and paint should sort it.
as for the cause...well, lets just say that during a moment of passion, someone 'thrusted' too hard and sent his O/H flying headfirst into a wall. that hole is just above the head of my bed....

Get some 'easyfill' its what dry liners use, give a very good finish and sandn very easily
Yes use this as a (not so) big tub of smoothover is £25 ishI would think you will have to paint the whole wall though.
