whats wrong with my washing machine?

The bit where I put conditioner in is now always full of water at the end of the wash. anyone know whats wrong with it it never used to be? seems ok bar that and cant see anything obviously wrong?

Should've bought a Panasonic plasma!

pull the drawer right out, give it a good clean, clean around inside where the drawer normally sits, replace drawer, use washing machine.

Worked for me, there was a build up of powder and conditioner in the form of a gloopy gunk.

There is often a spring clip under the drawer that needs to be depressed to remove the drawer.

have removed the drawer and no gunk

there is a syphon tube or cap in the back of the draw there, take it off and clean it and the tube it drains through.

on that machine, the syphon tube is part of a cover that should be in the third compartment you are pointing to, its obviuosly missing!

try AWS on 01603 412324 to order one. serial number is written on the rating plate about where your right toes are if standing facing the machine. (probably covered by a wooden panel along the bottom, check the filter while your down there!)
