But how would you get from drive to under the kitchen? Would have thought that would have to be fairly invasive.

pipe followed a track down the side of the house

once pipe was at third hole on out side of wall to kitchen

almost 18" down, hole thro wall to under kitchen floor(floor boards not solid floor)

up thro floor to stop cock behind unit

bigger bore therefore more pressure also
