Remote control dimmers

Can someone recommend any decent brands to look out for. Can I just replace an existing wall switch with one. At the moment the switch just turns on one light bulb, but this is to be replaced with a 5 bulb chandelier. Does this affect which dimmer I can use?

I brought one from B&Q about 5 years ago, IIRC was aboout £25.00 plus a tenner for the remote (which can be programmed do more than one light).

Light switch is "touch sensitive" which takes a bit of getting used to, but on the whole, it's good...

With totally different prices!

ETA I've got a few Varilight ones and they seem a decent quality.
