Any views on these?

Not worried about the installation side, fitters I'm using 100% competent.

Just wondered what people had found with the product etc.

The builder who did our kitchen fits a lot of Magnet kitchens.

In his opinion they're "okay" rather than "good" - he always makes sure to rebuild and reinforce common failure points such as drawer carcasses.

When we were looking for a kitchen, we did go look at Magnet (as the builder gets a hefty trade discount there) but the set-ups in the showroom were all really badly put together, which didn't inspire confidence.

What he said ^^^

Have to agree with the comments above. We look at lots of suppliers in the lower end price range (B&Q, Wickes, Magnet etc etc)

We ended up buy the units from Wickes as they seemed to have the most solid draws and the work surfaces from a specialist supplier.

We also found that have the soft closing drawers on the Wickes Kitchen meant the draw sides were metal rather than chipboard / MDF.

overpriced, but not too bad. Wickes stuff does look good.
