Recommend me a builder in South Bucks

I am looking for a builder in the South bucks area.
The job is to convert a "store room" which is underneath a double garage into habitable living/working space.
The double garage is built on the side of a hill, and hence the room underneath it is underground on 3 sides and therefore damp.
The store room has brick walls already, but has an earth floor.
The builder will need to have some experience with "tanking" - making the room water proof and also be able to do underpinning and some plumbing work (we need to put a shower in and run waste to drains).
If anyone knows someone they can recommend, please let me know. Building regs are in and we are ready to start now.
