Why does my dog get attacked so much?

Yup, brought her up with it. She's three now, so we've really let training slide in thr last couple of years, she was so good. Back on the clicker bandwagon now though and she's responding well to us and fun things but still not happy with other dogs. It's a long path for us I think.
