Three of our dogs seem to do this strange weaving to and fro when they are lining up to nip one off. They only do it when they are taken out for a walk, and usually weave back and forth within their own body length, as if seeking the perfect poo place. I have no problems with it, as it gives us advance warning, so we can haul them away from a neighbours front grass etc.
Still anybody have any idea why they do this? Is it some sort of butt stretching manoeuvre, easing the poo into line?
