Tripe is good. If you can speak to a farmer ask him/her for pure tripe - you get a whole stomach and the dog can chew it up - good for the teeth too. Along with the offal which they might be able to get as one lump (again, utility room turns into a slaughterhouse though)

I'd ask your local butcher to get chicken carcasses then at those prices, we pay half that...
