Maybe nothing.

I was at a country park yesterday with my wife and 2 small kids and noticed a proper loud mouth chav scumbag nearby seemed to have what looked to me like a pitbull type dog. The dog was off the lead and seemed OK, the chav scumbag didn't, swearing loudly and generally attracting attention to himself, cnunt.

Anyway, it got me thinking what I would do if it all went a bit bat$hit and what could you use to fend off such a snarly beast. Only thing to hand was the point of my umbrella, could have been used as a stabby type implement maybe.

Anyway, this is a place we've gone to for over a decade with our various dogs; it's a very doggy place if you know what I mean. This is the first time my interest has been piqued in such a way, I admit to even thinking about packing the kids straight back into the car and leaving but thankfully he burgered off. Soft I know.

If the dog wasn't being handled by such a gob$hite it probably wouldn't have crossed my mind but the combination of said gob$hite + pitbull (?maybe) got me thinking. Would a call to the pohleece using the 101 number be appropriate do you think?

Not a lot you can do about the dog, as you've no idea really whether it's banned or not. You could report the owner for antisocial behaviour.

Always makes me wonder why these 'hard' types need such a (potentially) vicious dog - if they were that hard surely they wouldn't need the dog?

Anyway, I digress...

Scum, pure scum.

They need a 'Status dog' because ultimately they're as soft as shyte and would rather put the dog into a fight than risk breaking a nail.

Anyway, they all need to be shot in the face. In front of their families.

It's almost impossible to tell exactly what breed it is due to the amount of Staffs that get crossed with other dogs, or generally Staff's can just look like bad a$$ dogs through no fault of their own...

I think you should have to qualify to own a dog in the first place, then at least these scummers wouldn't have a chance of getting one... You should at least be able to provide a decent home for it as even that can have a big impact on the way the Dog behaves... Plus when they live in flats a lot of them never take the dog out.

Maybe they should make it illegal for council tenants to own Dogs, just like a lot of private rentals state no pets! I know that's harsh and not fair on the majority but if you are one of the non-working type / lazy chav-scum dole dossers why should you afford to have a luxury such as a dog? It's not a necessity is it!

It's very rare that you will actually find a fully purebred banned breed, most of the dogs are cross bred and cross bred and resemble "put bulls" but are mostly mongrels of staffs and the like,

I am a staff owner and the bad press they get is terrible but.....if they go they can cause some terrible injuries.

I had to report a dangerous dog on Sunday, couple of lads bragging about it being a "pit" ignored it until it came into the group of fellow dog walkers and got ahold of my lasses little patterjack, kids flying everywhere dogs snarling, fortunately I managed to get a hold of it by the collar before any damage was done, the 2 lads didn't know what was happening, couldn't control te dog ect, someone called the parks police and the dog was taken away along with the owner.

Fortunatley this happened in a park in an affluent area of London so it was dealt with, had this happen elsewhere they would be of and it would happen again but with probably more sever consequence to the animal or person on the receiving end.

I hate the bad press the staffie breeds get....being an owner myself it's a terrible feeling when other dog owners cross the road, panic, rush te kids out of the way ect.

However I would say if you suspect it is a banned breed and the dog is aggressive contact the police or community support bods

So, the dog was fine, the only problem was the owner drawing attention to himself and swearing?

Oh dear.

When JAYB fails to quote a post he's replying or commenting on its a massive insult!
It's like he's saying "Hey you, I'm talking at you but my back is turned so you're aware of my disdain for you, and your offspring. If you're actually capable that is"

Or sumink.

So, because I asked if it would be appropriate to report a socially retarded job seeking mutherfvcker with, what looked to me, like a dangerous dog, I'm a cnunt?

This thing looked genuinely to me like a pit bull. After seeing that video recently linked on the youtube thread with the cop shooting one in the street, I noticed it more.

I owned a Staff X Rotty for 14 years, 55kgs of pure muscle, sadly she passed away last Tuesday frown and a more friendly, gentle dog you would never meet, they do get given such bad names due to these scrotes who have these type of dogs for a status symbol, there should indeed be some sort of 'test' to pass before these type pf dogs can be owned.

It must make them feel 'hard', I saw just the other day a youngish lad (early 20's), tracksuit bottoms, baseball cap, no top on, swigging a can of something, with his staffy off the lead in a very busy part of the area I live in with kids around, I never had my dog off the lead unless in a big field with not a lot of people around just to be considerate as many people are nervous of them.

RIP Angel - you were the best frown
