Dog refusing to eat

My Springer's got colitis ATM, this is all very odd
Odd isn't it? Ours is still looking very sorry for herself, she's had a couple of dog biscuits and a couple of bits of cheese but turned her nose up at anything else, including being hand fed warm chicken. She hasn't eaten properly since 4pm Monday. She's a bit brighter than yesterday and doesn't appear to be in pain as she was before. Fingers crossed for more improvement tomorrow or we'll be back to the vets I think.
Glad the OP's dog seems better, sounds very worrying.
Thanks Bex, the blood test for pancreatis was negative and they'll get the rest of the blood tests back tomorrow (she has an auto immune history and spent 6 months on steroids so I'm a bit concerned about the potential for liver damage).
She seems more alert today so fingers are crossed that tomorrow will show more improvement. It's so difficult when they can't tell you what's wrong.

I agree and I can understand your concern given her history.
My 15yr old cat has had just about every test in the last month. She has had a high thyroid reading but none of the other symptoms you'd normally associate with the condition and still losing weight. More blood tests on Friday
