Forty Days and Forty Nights of the Tyrannosaurus Rex

For a T Rex they are looking suspiciously Degu like. Great thread though.
As a Degu owner i can confirm that baby degus do look a lot like baby T-Rex, it is an evolutionary throwback. Obviously though Degus are a lot easier to look after than a T-Rex and require less fresh meat.Standing upright like a tyrannosaur on his absolutely enormous and incredibly powerful rear legs, which have the capacity to tear that Millennium Dome place in half, I dared to sneak up upon and photograph this humongous monster baby Rex whilst he reached up into a tree to eat a nest of fully grown albatross birdlings as well as twelve hundred (thousand) children who had also sought refuge in the same tree.
Essentially, when our Ginormmous washing machine (bought to wash their bedding) threw the trip switch, they all escaped the electrified fishnet stocking fence we built. Except Dobby, who refuses to abandon the comfort of his toilet paper dinosaur nest, a creature comfort of the Cretaceous era (the post Jurassic Era, in which the wooly T-Rex's lived).
I took the photo below whilst lying very still in a grave of pelican carcasses with a bone-beak strapped to my nose to be extra safe.
As you can see by his simply massive T-Rex claws, he could stomp on King Kong like a poo in a paper bag. Probably 1000 times if he had the right music and got into the swing of it!

Look at them grow!
Here they are doing some work this morning.
Like Raptors, they work in packs...
After three minutes, they were worn out, and it was nap time.
