Seeing the pics of Lottie makes me ask again, as a non dog person, why does anyone keep rottweillers, mastiffs, bull terriers, dobermanns or any of these dogs that put the fear of hell into everyone else.
What do you get from a 5 stone snarling beast that the OP won't get from Lottie.
Personally, I have cats. Point is, I wouldn't have a tiger or a lion even if they'd been domesticated. I just want a small animal around the house that I can stroke and look after and (with cats) very occasionally get a bit of affection back.
They may put the fear of hell into you, but not to everyone! Treated incorrectly, yes they can be 5 stone of snarling beast, but then a small dog like Lottie can turn into 1 stone of snarling beast (and they are a lot harder to control as you can't get hold of them as easily!)What do you get from a 5 stone snarling beast that the OP won't get from Lottie.

Treat them correctly, and you have 5 stone of adoring affection

How cute is she!Beautiful little person.
Lottie has grown from 1.4kg when we collected her to 2.1kg.
PS She went to the vet last week, and after all her injections/chip are now complete (£50.00 for the treatments) she was able to be taken for a proper walk on the lead for the first time on Friday - great success and she no issues with being on a lead.
Here are a few photos from the weekend:
We had to buy new collar as this one didn't last long:
Okay but I don't want to bore everyone with photos of such a cute little person!
These are various photos over the wonderful six weeks she has been with us - Lottie is getting more of a character each week.
This was this afternoon (I am office based) and she was bored of what I was doing - but I think she will fit in perfectly as she is having a Friday nap:
Some of these are re-posts (sorry)
Looking at cars on t'internet can be hard work:
Stuff from the past 6 weeks (some out of focus because I was pissed):

Thanks - she always puts a huge smile on my face!
How old is she now ? She still looks really tiny....
Kinda makes me sad seeing the grey face that belongs to my single remaining hound - the time seems endless when young, but passes so quickly.
Milo would say hi, but he's sleeping...again.

Isn't it funny how dog's names suit them!

Lottie was born 2nd of September 2012 (which is 20 years and one day to the date my little brother died (suicide)) so Lottie is that extra bit special.
My brother (Guy) would (and) loves her.
