How sensitive are dogs hearing - loud films etc

Its Christmas and the surround sound system is in full effect for films and music and I am wondering how careful I need to be with the volume with our gorgeous Coker in the room.

He is 2 years old and has never shown any signs of being bothered by the TV/noise (except fireworks of course!), just wondering as I have had it up pretty loud by normal standards.

Gun dogs seem to be ok with very loud noise, so yours should be fine.

This! My dogs hear a car backfiring and look to the sky, see nothing falling and look at me with disappointment on their faces

Mine sleep through it so can't be that bad.if it caused them any distress they would leave the room
