Post photos of your dogs vol2
Discussion
Been a while since I popped in, just caught up on the last 25 pages. Some great pics.
I'll start off on a sad note. Few weeks ago we said goodbye to Barney. He was the inlaws dog and Summers BFF.
He did well making it just past his 15th birthday.
Here is the pair of them the day before he passed.
And him on his last walk around the rose garden. The daft bugger must have known as he normally just goes in and to the first few bushes but this time he kept pulling and insisted on doing a whole lap and a bit, which is about double the distance he has managed to walk in the last 5 months!
The weekly visits to the inlaws are a bit quieter now and we have been loaning them Summer every now and then to give them a doggy fix. Been particularly helpful for Mrs Will's little sister as she was diagnosed with cancer about a month before Barney went and she is only 24(looking good for getting through it though).
Anyway back to the lighter side of dog ownership, a trip to the vets!
Its OK it was only for her boosters. She really doesnt like going into the consultation room though and tried hiding in the waiting room
Other than that we have just been exploring the countryside as normal.
Other BSD owners will recognise this problem. Tried to take a selfie and Summer decides she has to be within inches of me, personal space issues
We have our first event since the summer break this weekend which is 5 miles around where they do the Badminton Horse Trials, including the jumps and water splashes. With any luck someone will get a pic of us failing miserably at some of that lol.

Doesn't help she's mental.
If you seperate them, then you will need a value toy/treat to distract from that. Its something we never got right when we had the pair. Early mistakes became very hard to correct.
Id aslo not allow her to learn that barking creates attention.
....But Cesar Milan Im not, just trying to add my experiences.
