Haha he wasn't a massive fan of snow on his fur but came up with the solution of rolling in the snow to get the snow off, didn't work out well for him tho.

Hoping to do the climb again with him soon tho as he's had a fitbark for his birthday and I want to see how high we can get his score.

This was him when we got back to the little cottage we were staying at smile

I left home with a golden retriever, whose new favourite game is retrieving sticks from the mud of the local pond, I came home with a tired black and gold retriever.. He hasn't tried swimming yet, but its only a matter of time..

My parents retriever won't swim. Will paddle. Especially in mud. If it's thick enough to roll in even better.

Lusso has mastered the art of wallowing in mud without getting his swishy tail dirty biggrin

Here's my 18 month old Best friend and saviour.
I stopped using, smoking and had to get my life in order to support him. He gave me reason to exist again. He was 10wks old when he arrived and has saved my life.

What a gorgeous boy and how wonderful to hear how he has helped you. More pics please smile

Lovely to see dobes and rotties with full tails nowadays, too.

Yep, sadly her ears started dropping yesterday, in the same was as Barry's ears are; I quite like the one ear up and the other half up look.

He does it all the time. Falls asleep on the couch or a chair, then decides to get up but only as far as his front paws are on the floor and his chin's on the table, then he falls fast asleep again, he was like that for about half an hour laugh

Don't know yet. They were too young when we went down the first time - this is a pic from the breeder.
