We moved house 2 weeks ago and had planned to keep smudge in for a fortnight. The evasive asshole made his escape on day 8! Luckily, he's a greedy git and made his way back!

He loves this tree in the back garden!

He did escape on day 4 and ran straight into the big hollybush in the front garden. I don't know which one damaged me more!

Seven weeks old today. Not long until they'll be terrorising the foot of someone else's bed

They've been doing LeMans practise laps of the bed/bedroom from around 3.30am almost every day this week!

Getting ready for sime friends wedding this morning (I've known them a combined 70 years), was considering giving them a kitten as a wedding gift but he's just sold his Mustang and bought a new RS amongst other toys so think they have enough! Just captured this beautiful moment

The kitten trying to nap - too bright. We're keeping her indoors until she's spayed - she's going a little stir crazy & we're feeling the heat.

This st bag decided to explore my sons' window ledge last night... outside, at 12.15am, so there's me in my nightie calling out, neighbours window wide open, have you seen my pussy.

Thanks Lebowski

Meanwhile kittens are all good and keeping cool. Plenty of water and shade/curtains closed and a fan on the evening.
Dad still looking after them. First one leaves on 1st July frown

Our two are really not enjoying the heat at the moment, Gus (black one) is either hiding in a bush or walking about repeatedly flopping in the shade hoping it's cooler than the last spot he chose.

Molly is only just getting confident outside. Had them for just over a year but before that they'd been in the same tiny pen for a year and a cramped multi-cat house with no outside since being born before that.

So it's lovely to see them relaxed outside even if the heat means their play and activity levels are almost zero at the moment. smile

Wish it was the same over here. Heavy frost last night. Result - wake up around 2:00 a.m. to find both ours under the covers, one snuggled in either side of me. Daren't move for the remainder of the night for fear of rolling on one of them. No point in turfing them out as thy sneak back as soon as you nod off. Spoilt little sods.
