There are others on eBay but they’re around £10 more. This was who I bought mine through smile

Has anyone ever had a constipated cat?

Yep. Due to an accident but medicated under instruction from the vet. It was life long care due to getting hit by a car.

Ours threw up everywhere on Wednesday and hasn’t been to the loo since. Wondering if he needs to go to the vet or not. We kept him off food for Wednesday afternoon and He’s been eating normally since yesterday. Had a wee but no poo.

Cannot offer advice (and I most certainly am not qualified to do so), ours was all under the vets direction. Suggest that perhaps any concerns you have are presented to a vet?

Perhaps you have yet to find it!

Seriously, though, I'd watch for a couple more days while his body stabilises.

Sounds like it could just be a big furball that he/she needs to shift. Turns their guts into a cul du sac.

He’s had a poo. Finally.

Reading online that sometimes wet fish can help so went and got him some. Within an hour he’d been and seemed much happier.

If the fish didn’t work then we were going to take him to the vets today.

You must (both) be relieved.

Frida and PD were producing a fur ball every now and then a while back. I bought one of the rubber nodule grooming gloves to use on them. Despite frequently grooming them this glove removes an amazing amount of fur from all my cats! Since using it I’ve not found any furballs thrown up.

When ours (gone a few years now), hadn't gone we had to keep him in and after a day or two it was down to the vet for treatment. The accident had damaged his pelvis and reduced the path the colon went and unless he had a daily dose of liquid paraffin or some other concoction the vet administered, he could get bunged up. Then he was in danger time so we spent 16 years on poo watch with him (he was three when he had the accident).

One of the cats from our local. A bit on the chunky side.

Not Hamish this time but Max’s turn to the vet today after choking and sneezing all morning.

Quick sedation and 2 blades of grass removed, still a bit spaced though!

Poor lads had his Pom-poms off, when the Missus went the vets said he’d gone for them and didn’t want to try and get him out his cage so she had too laugh

Waste bin cat Millie...... Yep your guess is as good as mine!

And posing with her bin inspired portrait. Moglet looks pissed because he didn't have his own picture.

I think I have done this one before too.

I see spiders........ before Moglet wrecked the cat tree she used to be able to catch the spiders on the ceiling by stretching up off the top tier.
