Also going to be setting up some fund raising as looking to get an incubator/nebuliser for the poorly ones.
Would really like to help with this project.

I can paint portraits of cats (and dogs) in pastel, A4, framed ready to hang for £75 each. Whoever wants one would pay the money direct to Gretchen's fund and I will send the picture. I haven't discussed this idea with Gretchen so I hope she's okay with it!

I will need a good, in focus jpeg image either posted on the thread or pm'd to me directly. I will ask for another image if I can't do justice to the one provided.

This is the kind of thing I do.

My Cat Protection boss got me a water fountain today. Maude and Gwyneira love it.

Bentley thinks the box it came in is delicious

My own cats have a Catmate fountain they’ve paid no interest in. I hadn’t tried it I’m with the fosters but apparently the flower Catit one is preferred by 8/10 cats.

Got both.
Usually ignored & they both prefer to drink out of a large blue plastic bowl which lives in the conservatory.

Similar.

Fountain is ignored. But will drink from any 1/2 glass of water left unattended. There's now a pint glass of water by the sink, they hop up and drink from that. But if you're near by, you have to put the tap on before they drink from the glass. (not that we pander to the cats you understand)

My first ‘official CPL’ visit to the vet tonight. Bentley and Maude have had their first vaccinations and microchips. Now have to take their photographs for their adoption adverts. I’ve said I’m going to make sure they’re baring teeth, scratching furniture and being general reprobates hehe will be sad to see these two go but they will make room for more babies to be saved and I know they will make someone very very happy as they’ve had a super start in life. I’ve told them I’ll always be their first forever HuMum and my door is always open.

Hopefully I’ve got them for at least a week or so yet.

I mean, who’d want to home these...

I snapped these quick as I was leaving for work. Gutted I missed Bentley’s front foot out. Bruce wanted in too.

They are just gorgeous. Think they will be re homed very easily.

We fostered a pair of very young kittens earlier in the year. Unfortunately they both died due to cat flu. At least they last few days they knew much love.

We haven’t been put off and still have our names down as fosterers.

Love what you do for all of yours

I’d keep them all if I could. But I have to keep telling myself theirs plenty more where they came from (unfortunately).

That’s so sad. Thank you for giving them happy days and love at the end.

Well Bentley and Maude have found their furever home with an adult only home and two cat friendly dogs. Few checks to do but they will probably be leaving next week.

Two more sleeps with Bentley and Maude and Bader is making the most of it. He has, and continues to be, such a great role model and so loving toward them.

Ours prefers to drink outside, she'll risk going out in the cold, wind and rain just so she can get some. Quite why we're not sure, we did wonder if it was the taste, but put some tap water out and she drinks that.
Food outside? Nope.
Crap outside? No

Watch Gogglebox? Yes please:

Sits at 90' yes.
Cats = unpredictable.
