It'll be 2 months this Thursday since we lost him. And not an hour goes by that I don't miss the big lump of hairy inertia.
Sorry to hear that, they do literally bugger all but they do get under your skin. They are a constant in the family, never changing from their need to eat and sleep with wherever looks comfiest and yet they brighten the darkest day.

Ours are getting old now, mentally preparing for it but we'll miss them immensely.

Aww Ali. So happy for you all love

I tidied up the Catio yesterday and have had French Doors open since. They’ve been loving it. Bruce is very apt at agility and has been racing around the platforms, along with fighting Daddy for a sofa.

I assume the naked cat is a house cat? What sort of character do they have? I understand they like lots of cuddly attention to keep them warm? Our Burmese like to sleep in or on our bed all night and seem to genuinely want lots of human interaction all day.

The relationship between these two is lovely. Bruce always looks out for his sister Gwyneira and she adores him for it.

Sméagol moved in when the Mrs moved in, along with her Burmese. I’ve got two badass 19 year old farm moggies that are outdoor cats, but hers are indoor, although we do have an outdoor cat cage.

I wasn’t keen on him to begin with, but absolutely adore him now.

Canadian Sphynx’s are weird. He’s very warm, almost hot to the touch, loves a bath (which he needs as he has no fur to take away the natural oils, so he can get grimy). To the touch he feels like warm chamois leather, I keep telling the Mrs I’ll use him to dry off the car. Webbed feet and semi permanently extracted claws. Very sensitive to the cold, they usually bury themselves under blankets etc.

They’re very very affectionate, almost like a dog, and love company. Since covid he’s been an almost permanent fixture on or near my desk. Massively curious, more than any other cat. Two weird quirks which appear common to the breed - all bowel movements are almost liquid, plus he adores having his ass spanked?!

Dexter looks very disappointed in you. How did you fail him?

McVitoe did a peekaboo.

She viciously attacked me when I asked her to move the barrel to the other side of the garden

Got her to do it for a treat though.

Please pardon a question.

Your cat appears not to have whiskers so how does he/she
gauge how to fit through apertures?
