Another otter fan here. I spent a lot of time as a kid fishing in Ireland. Otters would come up to within touching distance of me, then jump in the water, and jump back out again in 10 seconds with a fat trout. It would eat the fillets off each side of a still flapping fish, then go for another swim. They are amazing creatures, insanely capable.
You need to find the Japanese chap on you tube who has two pet otters living with him in his apartment. Could not believe they were pets and seemed as loving as a dog / cat!!!

I was just thinking of that hehe

Rumor has it the first Predator film was going to be based in Africa until the scriptwriters realised a Honey Badger would kick the fk out of a Predator and chase it back into space before the end of the intro credits...

hehe

Maybe I should get one; it would keep visiting cats out of the garden. Then again, there's a school run nearby so it might not end well... 'Where is Timmy today?' 'Eaten by a honey badger Miss'.

There's a pair of Buzzards that live a few miles inland from me, not quite as majestic as an eagle but still an amazing sight to see soaring about on the breeze

I absolutely love buzzards, wonderful birds. Kites too, now live in an area where there are loads of them, I still stop and watch when I see them.

I went Moholoholo and met Stoffel, he looked fun. Also stroked a hyena on the head, it was a huge head.

My favourite animal is the Binturong. They look great, no-one has ever heard of it and that's good enough for me.

It's birds of prey central round here, I've seen a few Merlin about and possibly Kestrals or Merlin hovering over the drainage ditches looking for prey. Owls are quite common gliding along the ditches looking for an early morning snack

Binturong is another good candidate. It's the only animal that sounds like an anagram. But I wouldn't want one on my bed, I think they pong. Binturongpong.

But I'd pay good money to have one of these...

I've recently discovered we have a female goshawk on my local patch. I'm hoping it's not just passing through and has taken up residence. It's proper hammering the wood pigeons in the forest.

Nice and simple, Red Kite for me, I live very close to a breeding program for them so see them every day without fail and absolutely love it

I'm going to a bird of prey centre in march to have a Red Kite experience, am I overly excited like a kid on Christmas? You're damn right I am!

I also like an otter and have been lucky enough to see them in the wild more than once

They are stunning birds of prey. Like it when I catch the feeding times up near Rhyader and there's probably close to 100 + of them in the sky at once.

I'm a massive animal lover so its difficult to choose just one.

Overall i'd have to say the Komodo Dragon and it would be amazing to visit them in their natural habitat.

But we all adore cute fluffy things so i'd also say i love Quokkas, Tapirs and Fennec Foxes!
