Yep, not in personality though and she has also developed a rather annoying howl!

We regularly see one of her brothers from the same litter (if I had agreed earlier to a third dog, he is the one that we would have had), he is twice the size of Barry, bear in mind even though Barry and Daphne are 2 years apart they have the same parents and Barry is almost double the size of Daphne.

She is 7m in two weeks, I don't think she is going to get any bigger and I'm thinking of cutting her food down from puppy amounts as she currently eats the same amount as Barry, but with her not growing I don't see any point, however she is most certainly not fat and she still does have her puppy energy, so perhaps a month or so longer.

Oddly both Barry and Daphne are the smallest of each litter, Daphne is just over 2kg, Barry is around 3.6kg.

Hope she learns to like it.. Got a wake up call at 4.45 this morning!
If you went down to her, you'll get another at 4.45 tomorrow morning...
Actually at this young age it was probably a need for the toilet. For very young pups I often advise 11pm'-midnight for last toilet then get up at 5am for first morning toilet, gradually stretching this over couple weeks, works well. Tiny pups, tiny bladders!

The time to ignore is if they are making a noise just an hour or so after lights out, especially if they have just been to toilet!

Apparently, Edith Wharton wrote "My little old dog, a heartbeat at my feet"
I suspect this is not quite what she meant!

They get on really well.
Arlo is quite leggy/lanky (Bailey can, and does, walk under him!), he's 14mths so may fill out a bit more yet. He's about 18.5-19kg, Scooby was 14-16kg & he wasn't a small WCS.

As compared with Rosie, who is only 12kg. Although I would say she is quite small for a cocker, and probably a show rather than working type.

I've two Working Cockers and there is a gulf between them in size.

Arlo's kennel is ready btw. smile

I mentioned it to Arlo, he said he'd bear it in mind, should his walks or food not meet his standards he may be in touch hehe
