Awesome Dobe! Always a soft spot having them in the family when younger, will have one of my own someday for sure when I have more space.

Agree about the intelligence of them also, very smart dogs smile

Any recent pics of him?
Most recent from late last year,

He is a handsome chap! thumbup
Dobies are awesome.

There are only two types of dog, Dobies and non Dobies.

Instructions unclear.....

laugh

He is so cute, is he actually asleep like that?
Admittedly not, just likes to dig round the side of his bed. He's incapable of sleeping anywhere other than in his crate it seems, he just wants to be involved with everything at the moment so enforced naps is the only way he actually sleeps.
Its still a great photo thumbup

Most likely, she loves a snore and I also love to hear her snoring; I find it really comforting.

hehe

Ours is the same, took a little getting used to at the start but now its just part of the background noise, I also quite like it now for some reason.

Last night I took her out for a long walk, she came back exhausted and flopped in the lounge, myself and the wife settled down for the evening infront of the telly with Barry and Daphne on our laps, I said to the wife "where's Daisy?" (she doesn't sit with us, preferring to either be on the other sofa or in Daphne's crate), I then heard a loud and long snore from behind the sofa, where Daphne's crate is; Daisy loves it in there, "oh there she is", says I!

Very cute, nice that hes settling in well and learning from the other dogs too.

Are you keeping him or just looking after him for a while?
I’d love to keep him but he loves his Mum too much and she him. They’re still here and it’s all good. They know they have a roof and are welcome anytime.

I’ve tried for the past few days to get a photo of all three dogs together but it’s impossible. This is the best I’ve managed so far

He looks bigger than he is too. He was asleep on my bed last night when a Frida cat came to investigate

biggrin

It does come in handy for locating them, same thing happens in our house sometimes when he isn't on the sofa.
Ours much prefers to be right beside, or more likely on top of you, when sitting on the sofa though, even if it doesn't look comfy at all he will still either try to sit on you or lie on/over you, he has a thing for lying with his front half on your legs.
My wife even got him a giant teddy bear last Christmas and he does the exact same with it, nice for when we aren't home as he always sleeps on that instead. We have IP cams and the only movement alerts when not home are usually him waking up and stretching on the sofa!
Never chews it or anything like he does with his smaller toys either hehe
