Me and Diesel are off to her 3rd puppy party tonight, cannot wait!
Where/how are you finding these? I work from home, but there's only me in the house so when I get mine I want to try get it out and around as much as possible so it gets the idea that other dogs and people are sources of fun too during the first few weeks. Seems there's vets that actually organise these? Just wondered if there were other good sources smile

When I registered with my local vet they told me about their Puppy parties and when Diesel had her last injection we received an invite through the post.
It is held at my vets surgery every Thursday night. It may be worth asking a few vets around you to find out where does them smile It's great for socialising and they give you tips on how to combat behaviours and aske you how things are going.

I have seen signs at the end of farm driveways around my area too which advertise puppy socialisation classes, training & agility smile

Logan does look like he could be a good forward in a game of rugby.

Yes sorry missed that, what they said. Yeah they are tough they have to be to take the odd kick

Meant for this

Why they are called heelers

Logan’s focuses on cows like he does his yellow ball.

Awesome looking dogs... bit like the “wolf” that’s posted on here. Ideal zombie apocalypse dogs hehe

Did you set out for that specific breed as I’d never heard of it...although I’m not a particularly knowledgable benchmark.

Mad Max choice of dog so not far off zombie apocalypse biggrin

ETA - +1 on awesome dogs, such characters and expressive faces, always looks like Logan is smiling. If I had the time and space for one I would love to have one.

Yes saw mad 2 max 30 plus years ago. Said when I could have dog again it would be one of those. He stole the movie.

Nearly bought a dinki-di t shirt the other day lol

Yes I am obsessed smile

That’s a cool story! I’ll have to watch mad max again (like I need an excuse) and check out the pooch.

beer

This is the only place I’d admit I’m obsessed with my dog... hehe

I was watching (not through choice) the national tv awards and there was a big section of a program that Paul O’Grady does about dogs. I wasn’t aware of it but I’ve catching up with it and like anyone on this thread I’d be same as him (albeit slightly less camp...I hope) and end up with house full of dogs.

Anyone else struggle with films that have scenes with dogs coming to harm? I can’t watch ‘I am legend’ and I skip a scene in John Wick... I can watch a film where 20’000 people get slaughtered in the most hideous ways and not flinch. I hear the theme to ‘littlest hobbo’ and my bottoms lip goes all wobbly.
