More grey now than orange. Megan's still not entirely convinced that she's old, but would prefer it if people went to bed at 9.

Gorgous Konan, I didnt know you had another hound with Misty ?
Megan's my other dog that lives with my Parents still. They got her as a pup and I did a lot of the early walking and training with her. When she was between 2 and 4, I lived and worked locally, so we'd walk 2 or 3 hours a day, camp, cycle. I then started working away during the week so carried on having her at weekends where possible.

We only got Misty once we were in a position to have a dog full time.

In some ways, they're very similar dogs with full on terrier energy levels. Misty is a neurotic clown of a dog, she'll run and bounce just for the fun of it but never wants to be away from you (she has a real problem there, we can't leave her in the house for half an hour). Megan was a full on intense chaser/ratter she'd need to be constantly occupied and kept under permanent voice control, else she'd bolt off for 3 hours. She was a real handful but also the brightest dog I've ever known.

She was 15 in April.

She'd have been about six here:

Just after we got misty (misty was around 3 and Megan about 11). Just about every photo I have of the two of them will have one as a blur! If you force them to sit and pose, you just get the terrier 'naughty posture' because they have to do what they're told for 3 seconds:

They are both lovely dogs, particularly the wire haired one, she also has a third; a long haired, he is older and has issues with his legs.

Not the best photo but our Rottweiler delivered 5 puppies during the night.

We had a Pug who would lie like that on the back of the sofa we would call him "cat dog".
