Hi chaps,

I took my naughty beagle to beach today (Camber Sands).. She loved it! first time swimming, but I realized she also drank some oceanwater!! frown I gave her loads of water later on, she is fine, super energy as usual but in the evening some of her poo was quite diarrhera. I read later on, some serious things with sea-salt poisonings, should I just rush to the vet tomorrow? she is sleeping now after a long day..

Jesus, I thought the beach would be the safest play to play but fekin hell, everywhere is like a minefield with dogs!
Logan has had a couple of explosive diarrhoea events about ten minutes after swimming in the sea.

We always take plenty of water.

No vet but if there are no other signs of illness loose stools is normal.
I never realised sea water can be harmful for dogs if swallowed either, good to know.

Hope the beagle is fine again now.

love My favourite time of these too. Love seeing the straw and hay baled up. Reminds me of going to play on them as a kid. Good times.

Another shot of a recent evening. It's simply too hot to take her out during the day, she struggles with this weather.

I also must accept I can't keep my space when I get up!

Lexi ( RSPCA rescue) after her grooming session today. She wants so much love that makes me wonder why she needs it.

7 months now with this little girl, absolutely fantastic breed and wish I’d have known about them years ago.
Such a sweet natured dog, with humans and other dogs.
