having been there when one of our cats was put to sleep, I found the whole thing weirdly comforting. It was very controlled and very ethically approached and, almost as in slow motion, and just like that, she was gone.

There is little more that can be said, it hurts so much, took me 3 years to be able to speak to clients about putting pets to sleep without being choked up after losing my irst pal Hoover, then Sally, Morph, Peewee, Foggy, Maddie, Jingo, Ducati, Lewis, Daisy, and most hurtful Mutley, They were all so special, much much missed and never forgotten as I hope all yours are too. Our pets often make humans look very shabby as a species. Give all of them a cuddle as they would do the same and often endtimes come too far too soon.

Think of the positives your friend has given you, it helps me. We still have Lilly and I try not to think about that day Katie left us.
