Cooper’s first mountain this morning. Set off at 7:30 and was up at the top by 8:30!

Great pic, i am debating whether to do the 3 peaks for Macmillan to raise money for them. Think id take my two collies as well.

That was Maude.

Maude was a Jersey x British Blue.

Now Maude is a freezer full of Rose Veal.

The Belted Galloways will be joining Maude one day. But not for another 12 months.

I'm looking to get some cattle this year just 3 or 4 most probably short leg dexters or maybe Lincolnshire reds just for the freezer also.

Galloways you always know when you see one with the white mid section, very hardy as well.

If your dog's aren't used to mountains or you haven't been up all three I wouldn't reccomend it. I love hiking mountains with our two but seems unfair to put them in a situation when I may be tired and not able to watch out for hazards for them as much. Really wanted to take my Rottie on the Fan Dance the other week but glad I didn't in the end. By the end of it I certainly couldn't have ran after if she'd gotten into any trouble.
