Lovely photos, especially the last one. Looks like she enjoyed it?
She was a bit nervous at first but once we found a stick for her to chase she got the idea. Wouldn't go in past her ankles though.

cloud9

Love that eyebrow!

Re the collar, Coco wears hers all the time except for occasionally when it might get taken off if she's chilling on the sofa in the evening, for a bit of "comfort". It goes back on again as soon as any of the doors to the house are unlocked. Not risking it.

I see most folk have their dogs collars on.
Am I the only one who puts them on when they’re going out?
Much prefer the look of them without biggrin
Misty's comes off in the house to save on wear and tear and the noise when she's shaking or rolling about. She's not what you'd call an inactive dog.

She went absolutely nuts on her walk in the sun yesterday, running loops through pools of water, nose diving in the scrub and being chased around by very confused spaniels.

Took this afterwards as she was resisting falling asleep in a sun beam. She's not accepted becoming a senior yet.

Wild camp last night. Sooo much wildlife to sniff and listen out for. The Hares were huge and the Deer delightful

He's a 'Mark one handsome motherfker'

If you take the letters from 'Mark one handsome motherfker' and re-arrange them, discard a few and add some more you get 'Bavarian Mountain Hound'

First pub trip for Samoyed jnr. As it was after his first walk off a lead and a little trip into a river as well he was knackered.
