X5 M50d turbo in a X5 F15 30d??

Don't know if this is a serious question, but the 30d is a single turbo and the 50d is three turbos, so a very different perspective than just plonking on a "bigger turbo". So, no.

The F15 30d is a twin turbo. The 25d is a single turbo. On the previous model that was the case but as I’m aware the 30d, 40d and M50d ‘F15’s’ are all twin turbos

No, 30d is twin scroll single turbo. 40d is twin turbo, 50d (F15) is tri turbo.

Correct.
For the F15, the 30d is single turbo, 40d twin turbo's and 50d is triple turbo, and the 25d is actually a twin turbo 4 cyl.
