A spaniel. If in doubt a DNA test.

As we're playing guess the dog, I'll up the ante, what do you think this one is?

I dunno, but with that front right leg, I bet he's stable in a stiff breeze.

I'd have gone with working Cocker but doubted myself when others said Springer.

My Vizla is short and stocky compared to most and gets mistaken for a skinny red lab' and occasionally (inexplicably) for a Ridgeback!

I was also gonna say working cocker. Mine gets mistaken for springer a lot as he’s quite big for a cocker

ok- I'll also pay guess the breed. She was said by RSPCA to be a JRT/Yorky cross. She shows no sign of accepting JRT as friends ,nor Yorkies, but she heads straight to and wants to make friends with Westies and even an old 14 year old Cairn/JRT cross. This one is that white that I thought he was a Westie cross.

Hi all
This is my now 5 month old puppy, I know what breed she is, or atleast I'm 100% certain on her maternal parentage as I never got to meet the dad who was a stud dog.

Reason for my post is the number of people who say "oh, she's a lovely (breed name) my x has one of those" but they are saying the incorrect breed, perhaps her paternal parentage was this breed.

Anyway, reason for the post is to ask the PH dog community, what breed do you see here ?

The look/expression on her face, looks like she knows what you’re thinking, bless her. cry

I think she has a wee Yorkshire terrier face . She’s very very cute whatever her mix is . Some lovely ‘unconventional’ dogs on this thread
