I did see the consultant a couple of weeks ago, pre op assessment next Friday,then next round of surgeries starting in another 3-4 weeks or so.
Another external frame for 6-9 months, while they straighten and lengthen my femur a bit more (about another 4cm) and rotate it inwards by about 15° so that my right foot is pointing back in the correct direction, rather than it’s current comedy Charlie Chaplin alignment.
Surgery number 14 (of a minimum of 15) to date…

We looked after next doors Cocker Spanial puppy yesterday. Ozzy is 6 weeks younger than Asha but good friends. They've dug under the fence so they can rub noses...
After an hour of playing in the garden, we took them for a walk
We stopped to give Ozzy a rest as first started to keep up with Asha, then gave up and stayed close to us
But then was "oh yes, this is good...."
