Last night Archie enjoyed his tea but was still a bit dopey and spent a lot of time pacing around trying to get his bearings. Brilliantly, because he'd had a claw removed, as the anesthetic started to wear off he could feel it walking so kept licking it meaning it wouldn't heal over and he walked blood everywhere! Fortunately we don't have any carpet downstairs so it was easy to clean, but this morning he was up bright as a button and keen to bounce upstairs as per normal and say hello to everyone biggrin I hope to be able to give him a quick once around the block when I get home from work.

We grew two puppies last year! We kept Luna, the all black one, and Agnes is living it up in Cornwall with my Sister and her family.

Here's Luna at 7 months with her 4 year old mum, Pippa, looking scruffy on the right. Family reunion in a fortnight so hopefully I'll get some more pics.

Hello everyone. This is Travis, my 6 year old Husky cross who I got from the Dogs Trust 18 months ago. Unusually for him, he is facing the camera rather than sniffing for rabbits!
Travis is rather handsome smile

Travis was over the moon with the compliment smile

100% agree.

To prove it, my little one Gigi got herself in our bed and under the covers.
Obviously I couldn't move her.

Here is our 13 month old cocker spaniel (working/show mix). She seems to have settled at 14kg and is the perfect size for us (quite small)

She loves a walk through the fields/woods, playing with her ball at the park. Real happy go lucky temperament. Other dogs, children and adults are her absolute favourite. Still working on her jumping up at people to 'say hello'

She's pretty lazy around the house...

Interesting mix, probably not quite the usual full working cocker crazy I would imagine.

We had a show cocker and he was incredibly lazy around the house smile

Blaize trying to sleep whilst sitting up. She’s slowed right up this month, no fun getting old.

Yeah we’ve got friends with full working and they are a completely different level.
For us, I think we’ve got a good mix. She’s whistle trained, super alert, very quick to learn, quickest dog around when there’s a ball to get, eager to please, loves a long walk yet equally happy having a LONG ol snooze throughout the day.
