The last three bull terriers my mums owned have all been rescues, her EBT/Staff was passed from pillar to post for the first few months of her life and her current Staff mix was kept in a shed in a garden for the first year of his life. Plenty of love, cuddles and attention turned them from nervous bags of skin and bone into the most beautiful, trusting, friendly, loving and well rounded hooligans you could ever want as a companion.

before he starts on his river training thought it best to see how he takes to water smile

bit windy at times, but clear water takes some getting used to for dogs or so his trainer tells me hehe

Thank you.

I went out of my way to find one that:

Wasn't overly bully, the dad is a lump but still proportionate. The mum is fairly slender as well.

Owned by what appeared to be decent people, not roadmen.

Had good (not overly bully) direct relatives.

Although that said remy is now 16" tall already at 6mths so she may well fall into the classic or standard category. That doesn't bother me though, i just wanted a good natured one and it seems we have got that.

Seeing as it looks like I’m not the only one on here with this type of dogs here’s Remy and so far at 6mths old she is the best dog we have ever had.
Clever, affectionate, eager to please, she’s lovely.
She’s a ‘pocket bully’ so not too big, bit bigger than a staff perhaps.

She’s lovely.
Ours might grow to be a bit bigger: she is almost 5 months : seen here watching for her best friend

Willow is 5 months old now and seemingly growing only in her legs. Should've called her spider biggrin

Rosie has no patience, which is understandable and the pup keeps sitting on her head.

Thanks, but he's a male, he's 4 in July.

He's a very lean boy, probably the leanest Doberman I've seen in person. We got him at 18 months from a family friend who was a gamekeeper on a shooting estate.

Bertie is six today, so as a treat, we're letting him eat as much snow as he wants wink
