Post photos of your dogs (Vol 5)

Was Summer’s 14th birthday yesterday. Gave us a couple of frights over the last year but still going well as far as we know 
Just grateful to have her around still, found out she is the last one left from her litter now
Day started with a big birthday box at the office
Then escaping for an afternoon at the beach.
Beach one done, quick hop over the water to get some fish n chips
Then off to beach 2.
Thankfully she didn’t explode
She seems oddly excited at the prospect. If there were any out in that weather then fair play to em!
Apart from a couple of guys fishing we had the whole beach to ourselves
Mrs Will insisted the birthday hat had another outing this year
Tried to do a version of a pic we saw on Instagram, Summer wasn’t a fan
Back off to the car for a nap.
Been having a very snoozy day today.

He's not been very well recently, lost 8KG in a week and we had the pleasure of £400 of vets bills. Some tablets, a change of food and he seems to be on the mend. Blood tests have all come back clear which is a positive.

Love when big dogs are great around the smaller ones. Seth met a Mastiff at the doggy play and there were some photos taken but they’re yet to be posted so will keep an eye out. The Mastiff was so sweet and gentle.

I've come to the realisation that much as I wish it wasn't so, I'm not going to be able to have a dog of my own until I retire.
Luckily, my sister and her family had a whippet for 12 years (I think) and now have a golden retriever puppy called Honey, so I can "have" a dog vicariously - and through this thread, which never fails to raise a smile. You lot take some incredible pictures!
Mattyn1 - sorry to hear about Cooper, you were lucky to have so many years together.
Question for those of you who've had your dogs from a puppy: was their character obvious even from an early age? Honey is about 14 weeks now and she's become a bit more boisterous as she's settled in to life with her family but she seems to be fundamentally such a calm and affectionate dog already that I think she's going to be an incredible family pet for them.
Luckily, my sister and her family had a whippet for 12 years (I think) and now have a golden retriever puppy called Honey, so I can "have" a dog vicariously - and through this thread, which never fails to raise a smile. You lot take some incredible pictures!

Honey is about 14 weeks now and she's become a bit more boisterous as she's settled in to life with her family but she seems to be fundamentally such a calm and affectionate dog already that I think she's going to be an incredible family pet for them.

Think she's going through some growing and teething pains currently as she was invited up on the sofa last night which doesn't happen very often and came up for a couple of minutes then settled on her bed before taking herself off to bed about 30 minutes earlier than normal.
Had to drop her at my sisters and leave her in her old crate for 10 minutes on Monday morning, she's far too big for it, but jumps up in it in the boot of the car every time! Although I didn't shut the door properly and gave my sister a fright as she was nowhere to be seen when she came home, then poked her head round the corner of the house
Loves cottage cheese though!

Pucks not really changed too much (5 months tomorrow), she's always been super calm and never done the whole bouncy must interact puppy thing, she's going through the I may or may not listen to you phase currently, but luckily corrected with some kibble, luckily still responds to simple recall 80% of the time and emergency recall another 15%, although she gets wrapped up playing 5%. Poor Cooper, but it definitely sounds like you made the right decision for the little chap.
He is mostly friendly with other dogs and people.

Rex changed significantly from a puppy to adult dog. He was a very angry puppy who wouldn't take no for an answer and quite bitey. He needed quite strong discipline, but he has matured into a really well behaved (for a terrier), loving and friendly little dog. For me. He isn't angry with my wife any more, but he pretty much ignores her instructions but doesn't say no to a cuddle.
