Not quite sure why getting a dog from Galway necessitated buying a wreck of a Sprinter van, but ok!

Don't be. It's your generosity taking the boy in which is the catalyst.

I have to be honest, we are really looking forward to having him. Quite literally counting the days.

We don't think we've done anything special. We think we're the lucky ones to be getting him.

Bad planning lol, and a wild untrained, unkown dog, train and ferry was a risky option, a car maybe chewed to bits during the crossing, not much to chew in the back of a van.

In the end he stayed in the cab, and chewed nothing, with a lovely staff member regularly checking on him.

Whichever one of you legends that bought the cats some Dreamies, Sockie was very impressed and says he will tell the rest of the gang to go easy on Teddy.

Just noted you're in New Zealand. Is Teddy being flown or shipped in from Blighty?

He's not, he's in the south west of the UK.

Small update.

I'm having a video/phone call with the OP on Thursday. As long as we like each other and there are no skeletons (Bonios?) in the cupboard, then Teddy is moving from the Midlands to Exmoor in early May.
