Yup. Ripping carpet to shreds. Normally 3am to wake me up. Banished him to kitchen with garden access but somehow he still appears back on window sill in bedroom by 5am. Like having a furry giant baby in the house.
My ire has normally dissipated by the eve when he becomes a cutey all over again. Forgive him anything.

My cat luckily only does this to the door mat and not other carpets. Not sure why but he hates the coir ones. Like having a furry giant baby in the house.

He had to have his back shaved yesterday because he had got a bit matted. Although he's a shorthair I think he will need brushing everyday. The problem is he hates it
